Job Description

You will be responsible for ensuring your residents are happy and enjoying their day as much as possible. You will work closely with the staff, the management team and the parents of the residents to bring exciting and creative ideas to the table to keep the days positive. You will follow the residents care plans, work hard as a team and do not just the residents and company proud, but do yourself proud. You will give top professional care and will do everything you can to follow the standards put in place by the charity. You will also hold additional responsibilities and assist managing the team.
