Job Description

The role includes providing support and undertaking administrative and IT tasks in line with business objectives and project closure.
Produce audio transcribed testimonies and typed administrative work
Skills/ Education
Strong IT skills utilising a range of different packages To support the administrative and IT duties of the role
Audio typing skills essential
Experience of using a CRM database would be advantageous
Experience of working towards a project or service closure is preferable but not essential.
Typing proficiency
Experience of working on databases or a CRM
Attention to detail with the ability to spot grammar, spelling and punctuation errors
Experience of working with confidential and sensitive information
High level of IT skills (Microsoft Office suite)
Ability to work under pressure
