Job Description
Supports the finance-related work of the business unit and ensures accurate reporting and effective financial management of commercial data.
You can expect to:
- Work alongside project teams to provide contract analysis, supply performance reports on a timely basis and respond to ad-hoc finance queries and requests for support.
- Manage timely billing and receipt of income in accordance with client contracts, including submitting claims.
- Input into business unit financial accounting as required to support project lifecycle.
- Help to maintain accurate and timely reporting of monthly management accounts by ensuring appropriate accounting and analysis.
- Track project expenditure and its supporting evidence and help ensure appropriate functioning of the related finance processes.
- Support and manage periodic expenditure verifications audits on international projects.
