Working for their prestigious offices based in Leeds, you will be working as part of a friendly team and providing direct administration support to a team of Advisers, the successful Candidate will be responsible for a varied role in which day to day duties will consist of;
Assessing new business submissions in accordance with the Business Standards
Providing appropriate feedback to individual Advisers
Demonstrating and applying understanding of internal Business Standards
Proactively identifying trends and feeding continuous improvement
Identifying and building relationships with key contacts (both internally and externally) and providing advice and guidance as required
Promotion of team work within the Business Assessment Tea
Review the client files within the agreed criteria to the appropriate standards and in accordance with the current checklists held
Record the results of the assessment accurately and concisely
To achieve the agreed number of advice checks per day
To provide courteous and consistent support to team members, Advisers and Supervisors to improve quality
Ensure SLAs are achieved
Escalation of exceptions and trends
The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working within a financial services organisation and working towards industry qualifications such as level 4 diploma and level 3 mortgage qualification as well as having working knowledge of financial services compliance processes
