Job Description
  • To work as part of the Accounting Team reporting into the Finance Manager.
  • To make sure that the companies’ financial transactions are recorded in an accurate and timely basis
  • Sales Ledger - raise intercompany sales invoices in respect of fees charged by the companies. 
  • Daily banking - Record receipts and payments in SAP. Reconcile cash and credit card sales as well as bank accounts.
  • Fixed Assets- ensure requests are processed in a timely manner and accurately per the company’s policy and procedures 
  • Support for other core month-end activities – e.g. processing month end journals.
  • Management of department shared e-mail mailboxes

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good communicator
  • Capacity to work alone and as part of a team
  • Sound Excel knowledge
  • General Ledger experience
  • Experience of working in a busy department
  • SAP experience
