The role will be incredibly vast, from all financial and management accounting, fund accounting, budgeting and forecasting through to financial planning and analysis. It's a three-person finance team, everyone is hands-on and you're guaranteed to have plenty of variety and spice in your life day to day. The firm place entrepreneurialism at the forefront of everything they do and this role will be no exception with a heavy emphasis placed on adding value beyond the day to day finance. In particular, you'll be responsible for spearheading automation projects using programming to streamline existing processes.
From a stakeholder management point of view, you'll also gain plenty of senior exposure. The role offers daily interaction with the founding partners as you'd present to them regularly; ideal for building up longer-term FD/CFO credentials.
