Job Description

You will provide a level of management locally to the Podiatry Administrative Team as well as undertaking a comprehensive range of administrative tasks in support of the Podiatric Clinical Staff, the Operational Lead and the Clinical Services Manager for Podiatry.

They will act in a direct supporting role to the Operational Lead with regard to payroll and absence monitoring, the calculation of annual leave and monitoring thereof, ordering of Service supplies, both clinical and administrative and clinical timetabling where appropriate and provide a first point of contact in the absence of the Operational Lead.
You will be expected to support the Operational Lead, the team administrators and the wider Podiatry team. They will be expected to work independently using their own initiative to ensure daily tasks and on-going responsibilities are prioritized and completed within agreed timeframes.
