Job Description

Description

  • Prepare financial reports and commentaries in regard to financial statements, trends and analysis
  • Timely & accurate monthly accounting, budgeting, forecasting & reporting
  • Supervising a team of employees
  • Developing and managing financial systems and policies
  • Management of inquiries from both internal and external parties
  • Negotiating and obtaining finance for major projects
  • Advising and creating and generating business strategies to generate shareholder value
  • Work with all departments, the management team and internal stakeholders to help make financial decisions and drive performance improvement
  • Provide analysis to facilitate and support the decision making process

Profile

  • Must have Healthcare Experinace
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting (ACA/CIMA/ACCACA/CA)
  • Minimum 5 years+ experience
  • Experience and thorough understanding of the Healthcare industry
  • Experience in business planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis
  • Sound financial understanding of P & L, accounting systems and financial metrics
  • Excellent communication / interpersonal skills and ability to provide operational information and results to stakeholders in the wider business
