Job Description

You will support you to develop and gain more experience and eventually help you become fully qualified.

  • Update the ledgers with data entry of invoices
  • Assist in the preparation of year and month-end accounts
  • Posting of accruals and prepayments
  • Prepare monthly accruals and prepayments
  • ProceAss payments
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Regular interaction with high net worth individuals
  • Assisting stakeholders with additional queries, either via telephone or in-person.
  • Ad hoc reporting

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • At least 2-3 year’s experience within a finance function
  • AAT / ACA / CIMA part qualified or equivalent is essential
  • Experience in taking accounts up to trial balance, posting prepayments and accruals
  • Ability to priorities, work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business
