Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Answering the phone
  • General office administration duties
  • Keeping records and databases up to date
  • Using CRM systems
  • Provide support for the Office Coordinator for the general organisation and maintenance of the office.

Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, Word and Excel
  • High accuracy of data-inputting
  • Ability to maintain customer satisfaction by establishing a rapport with clients and suppliers
  • Customer Service experience preferable
  • GCSE English and Mathematics Grade C and above desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good time keeping
  • Experience with Shopify would be an advantage
