Job Description
You will learn more about our organization, products and processes. Our colleagues are working from home in response to the pandemic. Longer term we aim to have a mix of home and office working to increase the desired flexibility our colleagues enjoy.
- Responding quickly and accurately to customer questions regarding their products
- You will be working with the call Centre to support with customer call volumes during peaks times
- Manage online secure messaging and administrative tasks
- Keep up to date with any changes to products, processes and procedures, to ensure the customer is given the correct and relevant information
We have attractive shift patterns of 09:00 till 17:30, Monday to Friday. While we currently do not work on the weekends, there is the possibility of working 1 in 6 Saturdays 09:00 – 13:00 when we return to the office.
