Job Description

You will mainly be assisting with the years Reception - Eleven cohort preparation, inputting data into databases prior to and following vaccination. They may also act as a first point of contact within the service for internal and external enquiries, directing them to the appropriate recipient and accurately recording information and messages. The role requires working core hours of 8am-4pm, with flexibility at either end of the day for occasional assisting with packing of vaccines and clinic administration.
We give them clear career pathways, support their wellbeing, recognize and value their diversity and provide them with the leadership, skills and knowledge they need to deliver the best care for our patients now and in the future.
Other duties would include filing, stock monitoring, photocopying and minute-taking for the team. If the opportunity arose for the contract to be extended it would include handling complex reports and confidential correspondence, along with working on a team drive, and inputting/retrieving data from databases and hand-written forms.
You must be experienced in typing/word processing and be able to demonstrate high quality administrative skills including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
You will need to have excellent written and verbal skills to deal with a wide range of people, both clinical and non-clinical.
