Job Description

You will work closely alongside other staff members, providing administrative and office management support to the Parish Priest and his team. You will also manage all Parish accounts. You also be responsible for interacting with parishioners visiting the office and volunteers involved in parish activities. The successful candidate would liaise with the GAC, the Finance Committee and Parish Priest as well as individual parishioners on occasion. You will complete annual financial return, process invoices, write cheques and complete monthly bank reconciliations.
