You will provide a high quality, pro-active and comprehensive administrative service to support the delivery of the key objectives of the Mental Health Workforce Planning service in accordance with relevant policies, procedures and guidelines.
You’ll get the opportunity to work with colleagues to set up all administrative functions to ensure we work in a really efficient and effective way, right from the start. You won’t be the only new team member either – we all are. You’ll help to agree the team vision, aims and objectives and have opportunities to develop both professionally and personally.
Several important elements of this role will include team diary management, preparation of papers, updating spreadsheets and relevant local IT systems/databases but most importantly; acting as the first point of contact for enquiries, service users and external contacts.
