Job Description

* Ensure that all financial and operational activity reporting is timely, accurate and adds value to management decision taking
* To prepare statutory financial statements for all group companies, and act as the key day to day contact for the auditors
* To review and file VAT returns for all group companies, and ensure all necessary information is provided to enable the third party accounting firm to be able to complete the Corporation Tax returns
* Develop and maintain all necessary systems, policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient financial management controls within the company
* Managing and monitoring working capital in accordance with the company's working capital policy
