Job Description
  • Explain and assist patients with all queries wherever possible and to answer customer queries in line with our Values and very high standards.
  • Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed at all times
  • Ensure that all patient information is collected and recorded accurately and in line with GDPR(General Data Protection Regulation)
  • To be available to work on a fair rotational basis 37.5 hours per week Monday

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • You must be computer literate, ideally with some in house database experience
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills are essential.
