Job Description

In your new role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to internal and external stakeholders and ensure smooth running of the office. You will ensure workflow is managed effectively in line with all processes and policy guidelines. The role will include general data maintenance, answering telephone calls and handling enquiries, producing reports and fees, audio typing, cash handling, banking and processing payment and diary, travel and event management along with general administrative duties.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be an administrative professional who has worked in a fast-paced and varied office environment. You will have excellent IT skills and communication skills, as you will liaise with various internal and external stakeholders at all levels. You will have the ability to manage your own workload ensuring all deadlines are met, be able to problem solve and also provide coaching to colleagues.
