Job Description

The role will be to deal with RN seconded to the client in terms of booking their travel, training, arranging IT and dealing with clockings on company time and attendance software (IFS). The role will also be to assist Fleet Engineering with any admin duties in terms of raising purchase requisitions, assisting with company notices being briefed to personnel, assisting with employees time sheets.

  • The role will be reporting to the Delivery Manager Ashore and working alongside an HR coordinator.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have strong IT skills, and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be advantageous. Previous experience of IFS and Success Factors that would be desirable, but training can be provided.
