Job Description

*Completion of supporting documentation and quarterly reconciliations to support the accounting packages.
*Assist with the completion of statutory financial reporting requirements.
*Review of VAT return.
*Assist with the preparation of annual company and department budgets.
*Maintain budgets in the accounting system.
*Process payroll and pensions.
*Process year end payroll data for employees and the Government.
*Facilitate the financial elements of employee benefit schemes.
*Maintain the accounting system, including system reports for budget holders.
*Facilitate finance policies and provide training to ensure first class levels of compliance and continuous improvement of accounting policies.
