Job Description
The role will involve working with various teams and within the business to ensure process is followed correctly, dealing with all IT queries and orders and being responsible for our escalation mailbox. The working hours for this role are 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for making sure all escalations are tracked and dealt with
- All IT equipment for new starters/leavers to be ordered/sent back and equipment tracked
- Support other team members during volume fluctuations
- Well organized with excellent interpersonal skills, confident with dealing with different people across the business
- Have the ability to work in a high volume transactional environment, with the ability to solve problems quickly
- To maintain good working relationships with all parties throughout addressing any issues when they arise.
