Job Description
Collect, input and checking of Franchisees Monthly Management reports (MMR) onto spreadsheet
Chasing Franchisees for their overdue reports
Invoicing for Management Service Fees for all franchisees
Sending provider return templates to offices each week and completing weekly checks on completed provider returns to then send to Local Authority.
Inputting received cheques from customers on SAGE and sending them to the bank
Taking payments for DBS, Invoices, etc. over the phone via online debit card facility
Updates to extra care scheme templates such as private invoices and payroll
Checking and inputting expenses (For Office Staff and Careers) on SAGE for us
Sending out overdue reminders to customers as part of credit control
Help with monthly invoicing - inputting invoices on SAGE and sending them out to customers
Completing monthly payroll journals
Checking and inputting LA Adhoc provider returns onto SAGE
Prepare and post journal for credit cards on SAGE
Double check careers pay slips and BlueFrog pay slips.
Bluefrog invoicing
Bluefrog credit control
Generate payroll P54’s
Assist in any other queries
Help with covering the company phones when needed.
From time to time, carry out duties that may fall outside the summary of the role at the request of the Directors that are within the scope and spirit of employment.
