Job Description

You’ll need experience in administration or assisting customers gained from either an office administrator role or from within a call Centre, hospitality, retail or other customer focused environment. This is perfect if you are looking for an opportunity to work with a professional company offering long term growth and a great atmosphere. Please note, the position is full time hours initially starting on a 6 month fixed term contract.

  • Delivering efficient admin assistance to customers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via email, through other written communication and over the phone during busy times too
  • Work with multiple computer based and paper based systems maintaining accuracy and attention to detail when handling information
  • Meet service level agreements and deadlines
  • Handle customer email enquiries and complete related administration

The hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday mornings with Saturday hours given back to you in the week.
