Sales Administrator / Office Admin Assistant
Job Description
The Role:
They require an Administrator to provide a sales and office administrative support role at their rice processing site in Liverpool. It will be a job share for 2021 (2 days per week) so they're open to flexibility on days to be worked. However, the role will move to full time in 2022.
Key Requirements:
The successful candidate will report to the General Manager with a remit covering the following, but not limited to:
- Entering Sales orders
- Sales invoicing
- Liaising with hauliers and production for booking collections / deliveries
- Printing Delivery notes
- Raising credit notes
- Petty cash management
- Intercom / Reception / Telephone queries
- Filing / general administration
- Downdating pallet information on national database
- Post / Parcel collections
- Downdating production information onto own and customers systems
- Stocktake - administration
