Job Description
Candidates must a significant amount of financial admin experience (capital and revenue budgets), ideally in an ICT environment.
- Raising POs then matching deliveries to orders and receipting on the finance system
- Paying invoices
- Managing backorders
- Obtaining quotes in line with renewal dates and keeping records up to date.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team Excellent ICT skills. (Technology One software system) Awareness of financial admin practices and Procedures
