Job Description
  • Updating of the daily cash flow.
  • Processing purchase invoices and making sure that any discrepancies in the purchase order and delivery notes are queried.
  • Making sure the correct VAT has been applied to each invoice.
  • Daily banking preparation and making sure that all expenses are recorded on the purchase ledger.
  • Bank Reconciliations.
  • Supplier Reconciliations.
  • Liaising with the Management Accountant to produce accurate and timely month-end reports.
