Job Description
- Updating of the daily cash flow.
- Processing purchase invoices and making sure that any discrepancies in the purchase order and delivery notes are queried.
- Making sure the correct VAT has been applied to each invoice.
- Daily banking preparation and making sure that all expenses are recorded on the purchase ledger.
- Bank Reconciliations.
- Supplier Reconciliations.
- Liaising with the Management Accountant to produce accurate and timely month-end reports.
