Job Description

The purpose of this role is to enable the finance team to manage a diverse and changing range of work, as the business expands and adapts to changing markets. The role will be active in timely financial processing and supporting the production of key financial reports. Ecosurety’s product range is rapidly evolving, so the successful candidate will need to be able to manage change and demands from multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

• Supporting production of the weekly cashflow
• Support production of the management accounts and balance sheet reviews
• Production of the Monthly/Quarterly departmental reports
• Cover for Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
• Support finance team on ad hoc projects

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• This role would suite an all-rounded Graduate committed to completing AAT qualification
• Formal work experience is not essential, however some experience/knowledge of finance is desirable
• Proactive and fast learner, able to take on new information quickly
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel for financial analysis
• Great team working and stakeholder management skills
• Strong IT skills across the Microsoft suite of packages
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and external demands
• This role involves on the job training and support therefore working partly in the office will be required
