Job Description
- Provide Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) System, Good Catch App and BI Dashboard User Support and User Administration Service
- Administer and validate EHS System Software License, Support & Maintenance Agreement
- Support preparation for EHS Replacement through Procurement tender
- Support delivery of EHS system functional, technical and software product change management
- Support our initiatives e.g. Safe&Sound; safe remote working; Good and Green Catch interventions
- Support the provision of Risk Assessment and Auditing Services
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- A passion for Safety, Health and the Environment
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent IT skills including proficiency and experience in the use of MS Office incl. Excel, Document Management Systems, SAP, Software Change & Quality Control
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good interpersonal skills will be an important attribute
- A track record as a positive team player
- The ability to maintain confidentiality is essential
- Experience of large system software Change Management
- Experience of SHE Risk Assessment and Audit
- Experience of software license, support and maintenance management
