Job Description

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

This role needs a candidate who is hard working and organised with a good level of Maths and English. You must have a good knowledge of Accounts and have an understanding of general office practices. Must have SAGE experience.

The successful candidate will be expected to deal with: 

  • Cash expenditure
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Monthly payment run
  • Monthly financial summary
  • Salary/pensions
  • VAT return
  • Ordering goods for site
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Ensuring the data information is up to date
  • Keeping record of all documents received
  • O & M manuals
  • Ensure driving details are up to date. 

HOURS:

Tuesdays and Thursdays - 8 hour shift.
