ABOUT THIS ROLE:
This role needs a candidate who is hard working and organised with a good level of Maths and English. You must have a good knowledge of Accounts and have an understanding of general office practices. Must have SAGE experience.
The successful candidate will be expected to deal with:
- Cash expenditure
- Bank reconciliation
- Monthly payment run
- Monthly financial summary
- Salary/pensions
- VAT return
- Ordering goods for site
- Ordering office supplies
- Ensuring the data information is up to date
- Keeping record of all documents received
- O & M manuals
- Ensure driving details are up to date.
HOURS:
Tuesdays and Thursdays - 8 hour shift.
