A rapidly growing and very exciting insurance business is currently recruiting for an FP&A Analyst to join its UK Finance team.

Reporting to the UK CFO and working very closely with the FP&A Business Partner the successful applicant will provide analysis of, and insights into, Expense Reporting across the business, prepare draft commentary on monthly reporting, prepare workings documents as required for Planning / Finance Control cycle, support collation of information for reporting to Rating Agencies as needed, prepare market insight and competitor analysis and support with strategic projects as they arise.

Applicants must have previous FP&A experience, be at least a part qualified accountant, possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders, the majority of which will be non-finance members of staff.
