What are your responsibilities?
- Greeting / Assisting Clients, Visitors & Staff
- Manage diary, schedule appointments and meetings, take part in organising events when needed
- Screen phone-calls and emails, take messages, pass on correspondence where required
- Manage relationships in confidence on behalf of the Group CEO including clients, staff and external parties
- Organizing Executive meetings and managing the agenda, minutes and action items
- Interacting with various people at group level and building rapport
- Create presentations to a very high standard
- Organizing Couriers / Taxi’s / DHL. Keeping a log of same. Reconciling log with invoice at month end
- Expense claim management and external invoicing, reconciling petty cash
