Job Description

You will help craft and deliver excellent content and experience for our customers when shopping on our online store. You will have three key areas of responsibility covering product and web content, optimising the customer experience and reviewing performance in this area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with Commercial buying team and their key suppliers to handle, update and maintain all online product content per the content creation process - ensuring detailed naming, description, and images to increase conversion.

Supporting the category teams & content executive in ensuring Product Categories* online are mapped optimally with accurate and helpful product content.

• Continuously optimizing online content using SEO principles to improve reach (with the support of our external agency).

Ensure all product listings have great informational copy* behind them to help the customer make an informed decision and to encourage purchases.

• Work with our content executive & content creative executive to build, source & optimize imagery for all products online.

Weekly updates* to Marketing & Digital and Commercial team on the number of live products online, sales by dept, missing images etc.

• Conduct on-going performance analysis, key insights, and recommendations to optimize and improve our copy/content.

• Build strong / effective relationships with our suppliers/agencies and other areas of the business to improve our product content planning – ecommerce, Marketing, Commercial, Retail Ops, Regional / Store Managers etc

• Be a source of inspiration, monitoring the market and competitors and aware of trends and bring new insights and creativity to our online presence.
