Job Description

This role is due to run for 6 months and will be reviewed.

Your role will be to contact customers and arrange delivery of their goods to their home address, it is a quick paced role, you will be using their in house delivery system, you will receive training for the use of this. You read from a script when contacting the customers. You must have exceptional customer service skills and be well mannered at all times.

Your working days and hours are Tuesday to Friday 09:00-17:00 and Saturday 08:00-16:00, with an hours lunch break.
