You will take daily responsibility for the clubs petty cash, banking and helping with the weekly payroll. As well as manage holiday and sickness records, co-ordinate job vacancies and many other key activities that go towards the smooth running of our Clubs. You will also own our member administration process, so that all signatures, payments and identifications are complete and up to date.
You'll play a critical role in supporting our General Managers and management teams in lots of different aspects of their roles and will be required to keep things in the strictest of confidence. You will be a self-motivated team player, with terrific interpersonal and coaching skills, developing others and supporting team members with the freedom to succeed.
You will be responsible in ensuring the club is fully compliant with all financial, accounting and employee procedures, acting as an internal auditor to ensure all processes and procedures are delivered with integrity.
