Job Description

You’ll be responsible for the global administration of digital learning platform and play a key role in ensuring the content is delivered on time and meets the quality standards required for a fantastic learning experience. You’ll have a passion for developing processes that will help shape the learning journey for every learner. You’ll become the ‘go to’ expert on the learning platform and will be a key consult on any issues or fixes that may arise with our learning colleagues in the central team and markets. This is a role that needs a confident and forward-thinking individual who isn’t scared of trying out new things. You’ll demonstrate high levels of attention to detail and thrive on fast-paced projects. And above all you’ll thrive on working as part of a dynamic team who work collaboratively together all with a shared ambition to delivering great things.
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support a broad portfolio of projects, interact with all key functions, and coordinate planning and delivery of projects and solutions
  • Coordinate the Learner Marketing Calendar to ensure learning lands at the right time and meets the needs of the business
  • Work closely with the Team and project stakeholders to coordinate agreed projects, reporting & work streams on time and budget
  • Support the translation process for digital learning materials from material design to final in country validation in line with broader project timelines
  • Responsible for learner registration, creating groups, and managing content on the platform
  • Responsible for implementing learner marketing emails and support launch of courses
  • Provide support to Digital Learning Experience Lead in preparation of reports and updates
  • Scheduling of stakeholder meetings and team meetings
  • Maintain the data
  • Back Office of DLP user support
  • Up skilling of DLP users on core tasks, including scheduling, DLP content implementation and organization of super users
  • Support with administration of learning experience journeys that are intuitive, relevant and delight our audiences in the process.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience in platform management (ideally familiarity with LMS / LXP and SCORM but not necessary)
  • Interested in supporting the creation of an engaging space for learning for Primark employees
  • Detail oriented, with well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to manage own workload and multiple priorities
  • Proficient with MS Office suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts, global stakeholders, and managers in an environment with short deadlines and high business impact.
  • Working knowledge of tools for virtual workshop experiences: MS Teams and interactive platforms like Mentimatre/Kahoot.
  • Knowledge of digital content creation, HTML and CSS considered an advantage
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to remain agile and deliver solutions for unforeseen circumstances and changing business requirements.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, possessing the ability to effectively priorities projects and deliverables whilst meeting deadlines.
  • Analytically minded with a passion for producing actionable insights from data.
  • Seeks opportunities to improve processes and innovate.
  • Be a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal/communication skills
  • Proven ability in developing effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
