Job Description
You will need to have a minimum of 1 years of administration experience and an interest in moving into a career in Accounts Payable. Full training will be provided.
Duties will include:
High volume data entry of invoices
Resolving queries
Weekly and Monthly reports
Reconciliations
Other administration duties as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Accounts payable role
Proven experience working with high volumes and tight deadline
Advanced Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel
Excellent planning, organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and pro-active with good attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
