The Accounts Assistant will be responsible:
- Running financial reports to be sent to the Office Manager weekly
- Working with senior members of the client and office accounts team with adhoc tasks
-Serving section 8 and 21 (rent arrears chasing)
- Dealing with accounts queries from clients
- Performing daily bank reconciliations
- Assisting the arrears team by chasing overdue payments
- Communicating with suppliers regarding invoices and payments
Profile
The successful Accounts Assistant MUST have the below qualities:
- Property experience including dealing with; landlords, tenants and contractors is a major advantage
- Previous experience in a similar Accounts Administrator position
- Dealing with invoices and payments with suppliers/contractors
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong written and oral skills especially with handling queries
