Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and professional worker wishing to join a busy team in a professional environment. The main purpose of this role is to ensure provision of an efficient and courteous service to all clients, visitors and staff. The role will require you to work 7.25 hours per day, with varying start times.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Meeting and greeting clients in a courteous, professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide a professional and personable service to all clients
  • Reserving meeting rooms and requesting catering arrangements
  • Operating a busy switch board and directing calls in a positive and professional manner
  • Booking taxi services
  • Covering on 6th floor (client floor) when required
  • On- site responsibilities

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous reception experience is essential
  • Ability to confidently communicate
