· Coordinate on-boarding of new projects
· Manage and control documentation throughout the life of projects
· Submission of documents and creating transmittals
· Tracking pending documents through weekly progress reports
· Responsible for checking the compliance and quality of documentation per procedures
· Liaise with project teams to ensure pending documents are actioned, escalating any issues to Contracts/Project Managers
· General Administration Office Duties - Filing, typing, photocopying, organizing couriers, faxing etc.
· Experience as an office administrator or document controller in the construction or engineering industry would be an advantage
· Strong PC skills with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
· Experience using/administering SharePoint would be an advantage
· Experience of ISO standards would be an advantage
· Ability to liaise and manage site paperwork for multiple projects
· Excellent telephone manner
· Strong attention to detail taking pride in the quality and presentation of work
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure
· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Excellent communication skills
