Job Description
You are responsible for organizing and Coordinating all relevant tasks required to support the laboratory personnel in producing high quality results and adhering to quality standards.
Including but not limited to: maintaining technical qualifications and licensure documents, the triage of all issues from management system, assisting with referral tests reporting and reviewing all quality documentation for compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administrative duties including; maintaining employee records, scheduling and taking meeting minutes, setting reminders for important dates, distribution of mail, generating and monitoring operations reports, placing orders for common stationary supplies and assisting with specific projects as delegated by the Operations Director.
- Assisting the lab management team with filing and Archiving all data for the laboratory, including data retrieval as required. Maintaining all Quality books and binders and preparing new ones annually.
- Assisting Lab Management and Operations Director with laboratory projects and Quality monitoring.
- Receiving results for reference specimens and performing first data entry. Maintains send out logs and files laboratory reports. Coordinates the performance of all relevant tasks for referral test reporting as they arise or as assigned.
- Assist with Inventory logs and counts.
