We are looking for a talented individual who can create and maintain integrated master schedules for relatively complex and longer term projects. You will lead on the production of the project reports and facilitate reviews in accordance with a defined calendar for assigned projects.

The successful individual will ensure governance, reporting, variance analysis, deployment and reporting of Risk & Opportunity Management on assigned projects. They will manage Change Control, Earned Value, and they will collect and monitor the use of ‘lessons learned’ as part of a continuous improvement culture.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will multi-task and priorities without the requirement for regular direct supervision, and you’ll have the ability to establish and meet deadlines. You will possess the ability to analyze, interpret, present complex information, and produce a variety of reports.

You will be able to take a calm, logical approach when reacting to the challenges we face, have a keen eye for details and advanced organizational skills. Forming strong relationships with your stakeholders quickly will be a key requirement of this role.

With experience in Project Controls or Project Management context, your extensive experience as a user of planning and scheduling tools will have covered fast paced and complex environments.

Having Primavera P6 Software knowledge is a must, and having an initial PM qualification (or working towards obtaining a qualification) could be a plus.
