Job Description

You will need to have a minimum of 1 years of administration experience and an interest in moving into a career in Accounts Payable. Full training will be provided.

Duties will include:

  • High volume data entry of invoices
  • Resolving queries
  • Weekly and Monthly reports
  • Reconciliations
  • Other administration duties as required

  • Excellent base salary on offer of €25-28K DOE
  • Based in South Dublin

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Accounts payable role
  • Proven experience working with high volumes and tight deadline
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel
  • Excellent planning, organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and pro-active with good attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
