Job Description

They will need to be a strong team player with exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills and have the ability to demonstrate initiative and anticipating the needs of the Team. This role will assist the team in all aspects as well as ensuring the smooth running of a busy office.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Managing expenses through our Concur system.
  • Front of house Reception duties, which include: Telephone coverage, greeting guests, preparing meeting rooms for client meetings and overall point of contact for the Dublin office.
  • Receiving and sorting post or courier packages for the office.
  • Liaising with local building management and Facilities team, as needed.
  • Process invoices and coordinate payment with the Finance team.
  • Responsible for printing, photocopying, scanning and archiving.
  • Low level customization of presentations, organizing compliance sign-off and printing.
  • Liaising with the Events Team to manage events as needed.
  • Ad-hoc tasks to be actioned when required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 5 years + experience
  • University Degree
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible approach with a “can-do” attitude
  • Enthusiastic
  • Professional, discreet and trustworthy
  • Strong attention to detail essential
