Job Description

- Investigate and solve current production process issues

- Ensure production processes and SOP’s efficiently utilize materials, methods and personnel

- Testing and replacement of obsolescent consumables.

- Understand and reinforce company policies and procedures (Health & Safety regulations, Risk Assessment, Company Quality, Environmental systems, etc).

- Maintain the culture of mutual respect through positive attitude and respect

- Maintain and improve current products

- Design and manage NPI
