Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

• Work with the finance team to define appropriate end-to-end finance processes to improve the control environment and deliver operational efficiencies.
• Advise and document the appropriate procedures and governance, including the communications and re-training of finance teams on new procedures where required.
• Responsible for change control of financial controls and governance, advising on possible solutions.
• Working collaboratively with both finance and non-finance teams to optimise operational efficiencies across the company.
• Supporting other ad-hoc finance activities as required to help finance meet its commitments to the Board.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• SAP (or similar system) knowledge
• Strong financial and commercial background
• Proven track record in adding value and being involved in a transformational project
• Good Excel skills
