Job Description
- Partnering closely with IT and Operations teams to ensure that Dynamics 365 is successfully implemented globally
- Ensure the approach to data migration is defined and documented
- Liaise with third party companies to ensure a thorough understanding of D365 process design
- Work with the local finance team to ensure legacy ledgers are appropriately mapped into the new Chart of Accounts (prior years and current year)
- Work with the D365 data team to understand any points of failure in the reconciliation and keep track of IT/Microsoft progress to resolve outstanding issues
- Assist and perform data reconciliation activities where required
- Maintain master data within D365 including Accounts, Finance Dimensions, Account Rules, Governance and ensuring changes are only made with appropriate approval from the master data owner
- Maintain setup of project codes & approvers
- Maintain foreign exchange rates within D365
- Data reconciliation
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or QBE with strong Finance Migration experience
- Have excellent experience of working within Finance System Transformations
- Have strong Excel and Power BI skills
