Payroll Administrator
Job Description
Payroll and Pension duties:
- Payroll and pension administration for all Group entities
- Prepare and assist with monthly payroll figures and quarterly salary analysis
- Ensuring commentary against analysis is clear and appropriate
- Keeping technically up to date and ensuring that payroll is accurately reflected in the accounting records as per the accounting standards applied
- Prepare and assist with payroll reconciliations
- Ensure that the delegated relationships with payroll service providers and advisors are well maintained and working effectively
- Responsible and assist with new staff induction and employee enquiries
- Other
- Assist with continuous improvement work in the payroll area
- Keep procedures up to date
- Provide cover and support for other team members
Job Offer
- Payroll Analyst, 12 month fixed term contract
- Monday to Friday, 9-5pm. Working from home initially.
- Salary - £30,000 - £32,000 pa plus benefits
