Job Description

You will be responsible for providing our operational departments with high-quality operational-based financial information, support and expertise. You will assist with day-to-day finance activities and support the team in the production of the management accounts. This will include posting and reconciling daily cash receipts, bank statements and bank accounts, acting as the point of contact for external auditors and analyzing and investigating monthly cost Centre budget variances.
You will provide support with pricing updates as well as the reconciliation and posting of retro invoices. Additionally, you will provide financial assistance with stock control, assist in the completion of VAT returns and review and post employee expenses.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • To be AAT qualified or have a CIMA or ACCA part qualification
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering system improvements and producing accurate and detailed reports on time and to tight deadlines
  • The ability to develop and cement relationships quickly and effectively
  • To be computer literate in Microsoft program such as Word and Excel
  • A full, valid driving license
