Provide general administrative support to the HR Department to include Letter requests, filing, scanning of documents etc.
Ensure efficient data entry of all relevant HR records to the HR system.
Ensure that HR records are accurate and up to date and all documentation is complete.
Provide assistance and support in all aspects of the recruitment & selection processes.
Deal with internal and external enquiries or pass to the relevant HR Officer as appropriate.
Ensure all advice is given in line with local HR policies and procedures.
Support the department in the preparation of HR Reports as identified.
Input Absence Management data onto the HR Time and Attendance system including medical certs and return to work interview forms.
Follow local policy to process statutory and family leave applications ensuring HR system updates and payroll updates are done in a timely manner.
Assisting with the preparation of documentation for payroll purposes regarding new hires, leavers, promotions or other change of status.
Partake in projects as and when required
Deliver a professional and consistently high level of customer service
Assist the HR manager with medical manpower rostering
Undertake other duties appropriate to the post as may be assigned to you from time to time.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have achieved Leaving Certificate and/or a minimum Level 5/6 on the QQI National Qualification Framework.
Have a minimum of 2 years administrative experience working in a similar environment of which a minimum of 1 year work experience must be in a Human Resources department.
Excellent communicator with good written and verbal ability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel Desirable Criteria:
Working towards or achieved a minimum Level 7 qualification in Human Resources on the QQI National Qualification Framework.
Demonstrates experience of using HR Systems eg MegaHR/SAP etc.
